Proposals for the Annual General Meeting of Private Equity Holding AG

Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) announces that the Board of Directors will propose another distribution of CHF 2 per share from capital contribution reserves.

All four members of the Board of Directors - Dr. Hans Baumgartner, Martin Eberhard, Dr. Petra Salesny and Fidelis Götz - will stand for re-election at the AGM.

The invitation to the Annual General Meeting on July 11, 2019, and the Annual Report 2018/2019 will be published on June 14, 2019.
